    Love these basic videos, it would be amazing to have a few that are "follow along" workouts. Maybe with just three basic exercises that people can then loop the video to complete the desired amount of sets. I know that for experienced exercisers completing sets and reps is second nature but for people who aren't used to it, learning to count sets and reps is a whole skill in itself that is a LOT to think about alongside concentrating on form in the exercise.
    I say that because I was the person who avoided my physio because I was "bad" at doing my rehab exercises before I realised that it wasn't a skill I had. I needed to build brainpower around concentrating on the sets/reps/form as well as build strength and flexibility. I found follow along videos and writing up my own charts to tick off exercises as I went really helpful to build those skills.

    How is your opinion about back extensions on a special „free chair“ like in the gym…and using a dumbbell for more resistance (basic body weight became to easy for me)

      Personally I do core work every day and it helped me a lot with back pain. Do them whenever its convenient .
