Waaaay over priced ! Try $1.000 per foot ! I guess the seller thinks it's a priceless collectable ! Put it up for auction and see if there are any collectors !
This boat is pretty gorgeous but holy shit that is a lot of money for a boat that small inside. The quality is good but for that price I'd want it to be perfect and I don't think it is, you're getting close to new build price at that point and internal volume and with modern fittings and finishes it would be higher quality. You could have so much more, without giving up nearly anything, for way less
If I had 319k for a day sailor I wouldnt be tossing a salad in the cabin, I would be unwrapping the lobster roll and uncorking the Dom Perignon I had my cook russle up in the morning before I was driven to the dock.
That was the smoothest mention of patreon I have ever seen. It was almost over before I noticed it was happening! This is the ideal boat for your friend to own so they can take you sailing on sunny days.
It's clear the owners of this boat poured a lot of love into it. The price suggests they really don't want to part with it. Stay safe out there, Captain Q and Ran-day!
Love that Herresoff 12.5! I re-furbrished an O-Day Widgeon of about that size. It was missing the seat benches and I made them out of 1x12 oak which I had to re-enforce underneath. BUT ...it originally had mahogany! Man would that be crazy expensive.

Captain Q is such a great salesman that I almost would want to buy this ridiculously stupid boat. It’s a beautiful boat but there’s no need for it to be that small for that much money
For my humble opinion it's like rebuilding the model T Ford. Great for what it was built for which is someone with 300 grand to drop on a luxury antique rebuild. I have been on a 20 ft with more comfort down below and that was 5 Gs. I give the Captain a 10 for presentation as usual and the boat a 2 as being too restrictive in it's marketing. Thanks for the tour sir.

Even though I don't think I will ever buy one of this style boat, a mono hull sailing yacht I really enjoy your tours because of all the information. I also watch because your love for these vessels is so apparent and can be quite infectious. I've had a total right hip replacement that didn't go so well. So the heeling of a mono hull and all of the movement in tight spaces would be pretty much impossible for me to deal with at this stage of my life. I just really enjoy your videos and even though I will more than likely never own one of these you make it fun and interesting to at least day dream about. Thank you for a tour of a yacht that's a cut above and designed for a specific purpose that isn't racing. She's an elegant lady laid out and provisioned to accomplish exactly what she was designed to do. Give the owner, his/her family and friends an amazing platform to make some memories and really enjoy short sailing adventures for a day or maybe even a weekend in lavish comfort while requiring minimal effort to sail...
So often when I watch these videos I think "WOW I can't belive that boat is only 35ft" this time around I'm thinking "wow I can't belive that boat is 36ft" such a nice homey little cabin, and yet long enough to have some fun with some decent speeds. Unlike my very homey feeling but quite slow Cape Dory 25.

Do not look to him for sales, by the time you see the boat with the Capt. explain why you want it, its gone. So there is no connection with Capt Q and the sale. Its a great concept that cant be given. If you have a boat for sale, pay him. If youre buying, go local. He is a knowledgeable man for introducing you to the life of sailing.

Wow! Amazing condition (Nothing else to say, can't afford it!)
LOL it's "mal de mer"
Let's blame autocorrect for "mare" or Google for translating it wrong
Mer: sea
Mare: pond
And here was silly old me thinking it was "mare" as in horse .. ergo .. "sick of horse" .... and on a boat too.
