1. Outside markets parts out of limit which can burn the vehicle.

This will not be a problem if the guy has maintained the car correctly in the sense driven correctly, he is a rash driver experimenting on such a costly car. Several accidents happened on this car, which might be the reason for this situation, otherwise Kia Seltos is a gem of a car, I own Seltos since 1 year continuously travelled for 2000 km never gave any problems
Thats so true brother. Eventually, it all depends on how we drive and maintain the car we own to acquire its maximum value on purpose.

You're right.. But 2000kms is nothing to be honest. Check after 20000 or 30000km. And see if its anywhere equal to Honda or Toyota.

i think jab naya engine ka kam hua.. Ye log timing nahi baitha paye thik se. Engine knocking ka sound hai wo kur kur kur. Iska engine ka head khulega. Timing bithani padegi thik se fir chalegi makkhan. KIA wale sahed nayi gari engine overhaul karne se jijhak rahi hai..

Because your car is not a claimed one and while he has used the company warranty they do this often fitting copy parts in place of original parts when a damaged car comes

Contact near by a trusted work shop and trust me a single injector (service) can rectified this noise
Honestly, baat Kia ki nahi hai. Kissi bhi car me dikaat aa sakti hai, of any brand, but Heavy Driver ke channel ko dekhe lagta hai ki he drives the car very rashly, not caring much at all. Itne saare accidents, damages, repairs... Gadbad to honi hi thi...

Toh 18 lakh ka diesel engine kis liye liya h , driving rash may decreases mileage ,may decreases parts life but then what dealership is doing can't fix the problem in once .they make the bill of 1-2lakh not covered in insurance or warranty but atleast try to fix the main problem

Its loaded with features but certainly the product is not matured enough for Indian market. Previous gen used Creta makes much sense under 12/15L.

Engine fire is serious problem in hyundai/kia they makes several recalls worldwide every year for engine fire issue
We are also driving our KIA Sonnet and it is telling that engine overheated and all the coolant was felt in bumper if it take one more second to of the car the engine would have sealed.

Same happened with my Honda city, I gave them my honda city for repairs but when I got my honda city back I saw my engine is heating up very fastly and i am getting alarm in every single trip. So i had to stop the car on road side every time.

What a silly post! There are 1000s of customers who are happy with Kia and with Seltos. You just cannot blame the whole company or product from the experience of just one or two customers. Even Rolls Royce or Ferarri will break down if you don't know how to use the vehicle properly!
