250 gms Chana dal, soaked, चना दाल
add all spices let mutton become tender.
1 tbsp Ghee, घी
2 medium size Onions, sliced, प्याज
1 inch Ginger (peeled & sliced) अदरक
Marinated Mutton, मैरिनेटेड
