Nice to see the reflective silk printing! Can I set the reflective ink be darker - approx. 70% black - upon tone on tone designs with Black fabrics?
I would not tint this ink at all. The light will be blocked from the reflective beads.

I’m having trouble finding a screen printer willing to print with reflective inks here in the Bay Area.
Do you have an recommendations for settings on a conveyor dryer in terms of temperature and speed?
You have to follow the curing specs of the ink, however, every dryer is different. The temp readings don't reflect the temp the ink achieved during the curing process.
is that a water based ink? is the coupler needed for all reflective or just the international coatings?
It is not a water based ink. It is plastisol. The coupler is for this ink. The coupler increases the durability and washability of this ink. Mostly used in safety apparel. Works great for fireman navy t-shirts to give them extra safety roadside at night. I have used it many times for them.
Hi, can be made by transfer? I mean, this same effect it is possible to reproduce by transfer process?
Not likely as a catalyst/ 2 part ink system is needed
When I get my shirts printed at a shop, the text comes out looking glittery. Not sure what I can do.
Reflective ink should have a shimmer but glow when light hits it at night.
