Available on both the App Store and Google Play, this app makes troubleshooting easy and efficient.

    Why This is Important:
    During testing, exceptions or performance issues may arise. Having access to the device logs can significantly speed up the troubleshooting process when you contact support.
    Steps to Retrieve Logs:
    Connect to Device Hotspot: Open WiFiKit and connect to the device's Wi-Fi hotspot to access the dashboard.
    Access Debug Mode: Tap on Debug at the bottom of the screen.
    Retrieve Basic Log:
    Tap on Get log.
    Select Basic log and confirm to download the log file.
    Share the log via social apps or email.
    Retrieve System Log: (For advanced issues)
    Enable System log and allow the app to collect logs.
    Stop the logging process once the issue is reproduced.
    Transfer the log file from the memory card to a computer and send it to support.
    Important Notes:
