How our pastured ducks live

Our ducks live out on pasture from a very young age of 2 weeks. We move their mobile floorless pen twice a day, to provide them clean grass to forage. Once the ducks grow a bit more, we let them to range outside of their pen during the day.
Our ducks live a natural life, with constant access to clean water to dunk themselves in and have a wash whenever they like. They have plenty of space to do what ducks love doing - foraging, cleaning themselves and sleeping. We restrict their feeding (we feed organic feed), so to encourage foraging and active lifestyle. At the same time, we don't allow the ducks to become destructive to the soil and land, to create mudbath everywhere - instead, we continously move their pen and range to a fresh spot.
