I think He does not believe you can overcome, we are failures without Him and we would fall imediately. I think the corect statement would be this: "In whatever you're passing through, He can work in you to overcome that". God knows we are falimentary by our own and will never believe in us. But if you are a child of God, you have the new nature, you have the Holy Spirit and God will use these to make you go through. Saying God believes in us is dangerous because it makes people try on their own by their own strength and this will lead to failure.

I've been reading through the book of Job recently, and I've really struggled with wondering why God does what He does and how He views me. This song feels like it was sent from Heaven because it brought me to tears and my friend to tears as well. Danny, God speaks to me through you undoubtedly. Thank you for choosing to push through. The fruit of your faith has changed many lives.
Look at Job not for the hardships but for the love and confidence God had for him. My favorite verse comes from Job, I can't remember it exactly but it goes something like "For I shall question you and you shall answer me like a man." God didn't doubt Job and he doesn't doubt us, so we shouldn't doubt ourselves either. We're his children and he is a good heavenly father, just like a father here in earth he doesn't spoil us but neither will he abandon us.
I got good news for you today. Did you know that Job was alive before Abraham?
This is important because the Old Testament covenant started with Abraham meaning Job was not under that covenant. When God makes a covenant, you are promised the blessing and protection from God.
But here’s even BETTER news, we have even a better covenant than Abraham through Christ!
God does not relate to you like he did with Job because if you believe in CHRIST, he relates to you as his very own child.

I want to be a Christian rapper one day. My family is always telling me to give up and go for some safer options. But I know I can do it, cuz God believes in me. I already feel like a super star cuz Jesus is my number one fan!

I cried out to Him, please take this from me, this is to much for me to handle, I don’t know what to do! God in his infamous knowledge of me, lead me to listening to Christian Rock music. Something I had never really done before. The first time I heard Danny Gokey’s “ Tell your heart to beat again”, I just cried and cried. God drew me to the songs and artists that He knew would open my heart, mind and soul. And through Gods music plans for me, today, 3 years later, I have hope and gratitude for my life. I no longer feel lost and broken. Yes, the waves and water, keep coming at me. I have God as my life raft to keep me afloat. And now I have a new song to put on my “God is in me” playlist.

Made so many mistakes, I’ve lost count. A lot of them I make on purpose and regret later. Sometimes I feel like I’m not worthy to even call on his name anymore, as though he won’t listen to me because of me always choosing another path. I feel like he is upset with me. I don’t know what the future holds for me, I love God and my pastor and other members in my church have all said they see something inside of me, something big. They say I inspire them, the way I worship God freely and just have this atmosphere to me. I don’t see it though, and the future scares the crap out of me. The only complaint I have over the majority of Christian music videos is that they don’t show about others spreading the Gospel. How about a music video about the rough life of a missionary or street preacher or a student being the complete opposite of their teachers and peers?
This video was inspiring and amazing, but the music videos need to be also about telling others about their eternal salvation.

I’ve been struggling all my life with pain and shame and guilt and a broken heart and I know my family has been there for me and to add to that I’m adopted so it’s always been difficult for me and my friends all abandoned me and I’ve hurt so many people including my girlfriend now but this song when I remembered it this morning before work it reminded me that Jesus Christ is always there for me and will forgive me and has forgiven me… and he has taken that sin and pain upon the Christ and I will be honest I may not be able to cry but my heart just tore apart and it reminded me of the person who will always be there to hold me up and remind me that He is stronger then this pain.. this suffering and He still believes in me and I thank you so so much Danny Gokey for this song and helping me to remember just how much The Lord has done for me ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️

Where has this song been all my life? I recently got out of a mental hospital and this song is exactly what I needed getting out. It has been hard but I have finally found my strength to get back to my feet and have been doing well. Thanks to God. Couldn’t have done it without him.
