Hi, thanks for showing this interesting process. Do you think it’s possible for a non-finance background guy with no valuable connections (unfortunately) to get into syndication & money-raising? It seems like those who do it either have a good network or had previously worked in real estate private equity
My day job is wine marketing. It's totally possible. To get started, I bought a house in Columbus for 100K. That gave me the confidence to go to more meet ups, have coffee chats, but you gotta get your feet wet first then slowly upgrade. Its now 4 years for me. But one step at a time.
