Great review, LOVE the intro music choice! I have a Savage Mark II BV with the wood stock it comes with for $300. Shoots amazingly well for it's price point, but looking at the CZ 457 as the next step up. I'll probably hold out for the MTR Varmint Precision Trainer version, which unfortunately is the most expensive model.
@@rekoobnad187 Timney now has their trigger out for the 457. I have the yo dave spring in mine and it pulls 1lb and is perfect imo. I'd like to try the timney but mine is so good with just the yo dave spring I do not think i could justify spending the money for the timney.
Pretty sure this rifle does not include the MTR barrel as was misstated in the video. Otherwise, it would of been called the At One MTR in its description. To my knowledge only the Varmint MTR has the match barrel not the AT One or the Pro Varmint versions.
At one stock is bad ass. Great adjustment on a leanth of pull and comb height. I’m thinking of getting one. Do you recommend them.? I want one for my 10/22
I have purchased my last two 22lr rifles and they came with them. I have enjoyed them but have been looking to get into a chassis for my cz to add more weight and have a bit more stability in the butt stock
@@rekoobnad187 oh ok. I didn’t know that. I have a 10/22 with Kidd heavy barrel in a magpul stock. With a Mueller 8.5-25x40 optic. I shoot in sporter class for bench competition. Open glass are rifles over 11 lbs. sounds like I might have to find another rifle. Thanks for the info.

16 & 1/2 inches gets the job done! No questions this rifle shoots lights out
I've been thinking about putting this on my tikka t1x. This video helped thanks.
you have good info. I also like to see actual results. having been in the Marines and practiced with thousands of rounds,
Love my older cz 453. Looking to get a 457 as well.
From my seeing the 457 is a big upgrade, I’ve seen a lot of user made malfunctions with the 453 and one just stop working at a match
@@rekoobnad187 interesting, I may have gotten lucky. So far no problems with mine.
@@_BigLife_ Awesome, it’s usually them hitting the switch and the bolt come out and extracting
I've been trying to buy a CZ ProVarmint for over a year, very hard to get, CZ probably ships 50 handguns for every rifle shipped.
@@rekoobnad187 - Late to the party but I have a 453 Lux, no issues, ever! Works perfect?!
I put my 457 with an LRP barrel in a KRG Bravo upgraded from an at one and man it was a great upgrade.
I’ve been pretty happy so far. Just want a better trigger

I have been looking at getting into the NRL22. Do you use this set up in Base class ? Or do you compete in Open class ?
Open class, The scope I use puts me into that class with its price
@@rekoobnad187 ok, thank you for the reply.
One more question about the NRL22 classes. Base class is $1050. Msrp of rifle and optic. Does stock upgrade or triggers etc etc count ?
@@klrguyadventures9403 Nope just the rifle and optic but it has to stay in the original stock. If you swap stocks you go into open class
