In the cup holder episode, it shows a Juniper Geode attached to the receiver. Is the Geode connected to the receiver directly without the use of the cell phone? Or the cellphone is in the back pocket? Are you able to collect points along the locates just by pressing a button on the receiver, or you need to use the RD Map app for every point you record?

I can't trace cable
Sounds like your transmitter isn't transmitting a signal. Check your current (mA) leaving the transmitter. Make sure your transmitting at least 20mA.
