El Dorado Nature Center in El Dorado Regional Park, Long Beach - Nature Walk with Kids

The El Dorado Nature Center is a plant and animal habitat in Long Beach with peaceful walking paths, streams, and a lake.
OVERVIEW:
El Dorado Nature Center is located inside of El Dorado Regional Park. It's a calm oasis in the middle of the city. Inside the park are trees and plants, streams, a lake, and animals like ducks and turtles. There are 3 trails that go throughout the park - a 2-mile trail, 1-mile trail, and quarter-mile trail. Most trails are dirt paths. There's also a visitors center near the entrance with a lot displays and exhibits about the wildlife inside the park.
HOURS:
Tuesday-Saturday: 8AM-5 PM
PRICE:
Free to enter, but there's a vehicle fee to enter El Dorado Regional Park.

PARKING:
There's a parking lot ride next to the park. The cost to enter is:
Weekdays: $6 per vehicle
Weekends: $8 per vehicle
