    For Boiling Soya-
    Soya Chunks : 2 cup
    Salt : 1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
    For Coating-
    Black Papper Powder : 1 tsp
    Maida : 3 tbsp
    Corn Starch (Arrarote) : 3 tbsp
    Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder : 2 tbsp
    Lal Mirch Powder : 1/2 tsp
    Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
    Oil For Frying
    For Gravy-
    Oil : 2 tbsp
    Chopped Garlic : 8-10
    Chopped Ginger : 1 inch
    Splited Green Chilies : 5
    Onion : 2
    Capsicum : 1
    Tomato Sauce : 2 tbsp
    Red Chilli Sauce : 1 tbsp
    Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
    Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder : 2 tsp
    Salt : 1 tsp
    Sugar : 1 tsp
    Cornstarch Slurry : (1 cup water + 1 tbsp cornstarch)
