Great video and presentation on next year's summer olympics. Looking to watching the women's beach volleyball in the Eiffel Tower stadium on the Champ de Mars . What a backdrop for a seaside sport. No doubt the French will have the Tour Eiffel all decked out for the occasion. Thank you for your outstanding and informative video.
Great info, thank you. Not sure if the Olympic trails are also in Paris and environs but we did that for swimming one year, it was held in Long Beach, CA, and the prices were great and watching was also very exciting.

Hey! Don't forget about the Rugby World Cup this year Sept thru Oct. The opening match is Sept 8, and the final is Oct 28. It's not as big as the olympics but, it is the 3rd largest sporting event in the world. I'm coming over for that and maybe I will see you guys.
Love this, we will be in Paris in June, a month beforehand, but hope to check out the exterior or at least the areas of some of the olympic stadiums during our trip. Have been watching your videos on repeat for Paris trip ideas. Quick trip during our European sneak peek.
Thank you! I won't even be there for the Olympics (I'm going this winter) but I still enjoyed your video! I too would have wanted to procure tickets to the break dancing competition! And I love that France allows the broadcast viewing to be free and accessible to all.
When we started planning our Paris trip (leaving in 4 days!), my wife suggested goin next year. I reminded her that 2024 is the Olympics and they're in Paris and everything will be overpriced (I said in our Québecois parlure "Ça va couter la peau du cul!"). She agreed and we decided to go this year. That was summer last year. I remember vaguely the Summer Games here in Montreal in 1976, I was four and I remember seeing lots of people all around, especially at Olympic Stadium, which we call the Big O. Allez, on s'en vient!!
I don't remember under which video I had asked the question, but I'll just say it here...the archaeological crypt near Notre-Dame is open to the public. We went yesterday afternoon after we went to see how the work on the restoration was progressing. It costs 9€ for adults to get in and our 15 year old daughter got in for free. There is a security checkpoint at the entrance, but it's pretty easy going through. Today is our day at Versailles. Allez, on y va!
We need a video explaining the whole “pass jeux” situation..the website is so bad and not easy to understand. Also many having big issues on obtaining this pass or even getting through the online application!
Be aware there is a serious bed bug problem in France at this time make sure you bring a rapid test for bed bugs it only takes 5 minutes for the results to show you if your hotel room has bed bugs this is a very important step before staying at the hotel you do not want to bring the bugs home with you!
