- Phase 1 of the cr125 build is almost complete! Absolutely cannot wait to see how this thing looks with the new custom graphics from MGX Unlimited designed by Eric Grondahl from Alias MX. Huge shoutout to those guys for helping out with the build! Also thanks again to my big brother Tim and my Dad for lending a hand.

if your going to do one of those big bore make sure a good tuner fixes the port timing, if you just put the stock 144cc you will not gain almost nothing on top. i think its a waste of money, let twisted development or some good engine builder port the stock 125cc and reshape the cylinderhead and a good jetting and you will have a better bike than a big bore.

I have a 06 cr125r and I’m running 100 octane with belray h1r synthetic oil mix, had to adjust the carb for it to run right but with the octane and mix my bike runs strong and loves to be in power band! Nice build dude ! Nice and clean 🤙🏻

Have a 07' Cr125r and was hyped to see a pro rebuild the same bike. Kinda upset , was ready to see a new perspective, but the time-lapse style and cut content left me hanging. Still an amazing video. Great work. Hope to see it being ripped on a track, see what the bike can actually do. 👍

This actually lives upto it's title...end result was a super clean factory fresh looking bike as you say.
Most of these builds you see on here are a poorly cleaned up clapped heap of a bike with a new set of plastics & poorly installed graphics. A new seat cover and exhaust maybe, but by no means a 'build' with any attention to detail like this.

Sweet bike! It’s idling way too high though guys. You probably want it that way but it’s really not good for the engine. Soon you’ll have very little compression and have to throw a new piston or rings in the cylinder. Only mentioning this because I’ve done it. Lol

Josh Verhagen you have to get a restyle kit on it. So depending on wha year ur bike is (usually 2000-this year) you can search up a restyle kit for it
How did you get the new plastics on the old bike? I'm trying to make my '99 look like new lol
They make a restyled kit for them now bro
Polisport makes a kit that bolts right up to the old frames

I have an 04 cr125 and my idle sounds the same way when it's cold (even without the choke). After it warms up, the idle lowers on it's own. Its weird but that's just how they are I guess...
