Average coffee in Australia is $3.50-$6 depending on what you get and what size. $4 is standard for what I would pay a day; small skim cap! F45 here is also about $50-$60 a week for unlimited classes. That's pretty expensive for gyms here though 💕

The Thai style coconut they sell just pouches of the sauce! It’s so good and that way we mix up whether we wanna do just veggie or add a bit of meat
