My mum made brownies similar to these and used 2 eggs instead of 1. The batter turned out a lot darker and smoother, so that might be one solution to the dryness problem!

Yeah I don't understand why Tasty says 1 egg and their batter looked more moist and greased like they give the wrong meassurements.
Misha HJ maybe they used bigger egg? I've encountered that before I usually use the really big once that we buy at the local market whenever I bake. They are a little bit more expensive but bigger but sometimes they dont have them and I had to use the small one so I had to add 1 or 2 extra eggs more that I would usually use. Hope that helps😊.

For the center, you can probably make ganache truffles. Basically near equal parts of warm heavy cream and chocolate. You would want them more solid, using more chocolate than liquid. After they are melted and mixed together, place it in the fridge to cool fully. From there you can scoop and roll them in balls

I never understood US baking measurements. Why not use grams and weight to measure instead of volume (cups)? It makes sense for some ingredients like sugar but for flour, the difference could really make a difference.

Too much work to bother with. For home bakers Imperial measurements do fine.
You’re totally right. A cup of flour could vary a lot, that’s why I use a food scale for exact measurements. So much better!
Funny! I’m American and I never understood why anyone measures in grams for baking. I’ve never measured anything in weight and I’ve never had a failed recipe. I think it’s the easier/lazier way 😂 I think I would start measuring if I had a bakery or was baking for more than just myself.
Because our cups and teaspoons are different from yours, so when I find an american recipe I want to replicate it doesn't come right. And in some websites it says "a cup is 250 ml" and in others "a cup is 200 ml" so it's confusing
jess beauty basics I use cups too for something's but flour is different. It's better to be more precise with flour to get it right the first time.

I tried these with their recipe and the brownie was dry, crumbly and dense. Didn’t like it at all. So I instead made a more liquid brownie batter and used muffin/cupcake tins and did it that way and loved it.

I don't know how many times I've mentioned this on your videos but... I love that you use electro swing in your background music!! I've never seen a UA-camr talk about it/use it in their videos unless I specifically look it up. It's an underrated genre
if you did ever want to remake this you could make your own chocolate truffles. i think i've seen some recipes for it and it's pretty easy with like chocolate and cream mixed to together, chilled and then rolled into balls
it’s pretty easy but ur missing that almost liquid center in the middle of the truffles themselves. it prob won’t make MUCH difference, but the melting might not be the exact same
