This happened in Algeria, a country where English is a foreign language. I was teaching English to a group of adults/young adults and at some point we started talking about the human anatomy. We mentioned parts of the body and then we got to the throat. I pronounced it so they knew how it sounded and had them say it aloud to make sure they were pronouncing it right. I turned to the white board to write "throat" and as I was writing, I heard one of the males say outloud "deep throat". Now as a man of culture, I knew what that meant. I turned around and looked at that guy and he was smiling from ear to ear. It took all my mental ability not to laugh, but I know that he knew that I knew haha.

Eh, when it's stories about what children said, I tend not to overthink it, since they're still figuring out language. For example, I remember I was sitting by myself at a restaurant once, and a woman sat at a table near me with a toddler and a girl who couldn't have been older than 4. At one point, the little girl looked at me, pointed, and shouted, "that's a daddy!" -- by which I assume she meant I was a guy about her dad's age lol.
The girl from the last story probably just thought they were asking about SOME baby named Jesus and was eager to share what she had learned about where babies come from.
