other important thing is using TWS or in a single ear for long time is also so dangerous for our eardrums and can cause serious issues

Bro I've changed using over-ear headphones to in-ear earphones cuz i got a noticeable dent in my head (Gamers Dent ) please use a lighter version.
Not only earbuds , All the "in-ear" earphones are bad when you use it for long time. Over-ear headphones are always better for your ears.
