These are delicious! I used a combination of chocolate for a custom flavor and the wheels are turning to come up with variations of filling. Thank you for the inspiration. 💞
@@KetoUpgrade can't wait to try them. I went through a period in keto that I needed sweets...then to "never sweets" to ketovore to carnivore. I feel my best at carnivore but every do often I want sweets again and my husband who is regular keto loves his sweets so he likes it when I make candy. Cookies, etc. My favorite treat ...so far...has been the zucchini bread...yum!!!!
@@KetoUpgrade thanks😊, Im trying to upgrade my „pan game“ haha and get ideas for a new „healthier“ but effective pan. Trying out cast iron but so far not crazy about it. Yours caught my eye🤩😁
My favorite candy used to be sponge candy. What sweetener can I use (if there is one) that would give it the brittle texture, that once you add the baking soda, creates the sponge/honeycomb appearance?
I just went around looking for the recipe on You Tube and I've found one low carb keto option through Joe Duff and it's exactly what you're looking for Julia McGuire
I'm looking for a natural sweetener for coffee. Do you think this browned butter would work? I'm on the carnivore diet so I'd skip the chocolate & nuts. :) Thanks! OH! I'm using Land O Lakes salted butter but can pick up some Kerigold if it's better. :)
I use dollarstore silicone ice cube trays, just let liquid cool, just in case. Glycine an amino acid that's sweet, is good to replace some sweetener, too much I find tastes off. Brazil nuts have selenium which we are generally deficient in, one Brazil nut a day recommended, probably one might make 4 mini bombs? I think I'd put pieces in instead of grinding maybe.
I've been low carb eating for several years, but I've never made fat bombs. These look so good, I need to try them. The way I eat macadamia nuts, they're practically a fat bomb in themselves ))
These are definitely going to be in the process of getting done. Love the idea but I think I'm going to be using walnuts and making it maple brown butter walnut fat bombs. Somebody said that these weren't keto but I told that person yes they are if not you wouldn't have made them. Plus I also told him/her that it was a fat booster not actual food 🥑🥝🥑🥝
Ugggg... another person who thinks they are too precious to be bothered to give the amounts while making the video. Thumbs down and won't be bothered to watch the rest of it then. It's the reason the views and comments are so low.
Wow, this is 4 years old, geez I was just learning. It's all in the description box, I didn't even have a blog yet. This was like the 3rd video I ever shot. Fell free to not enjoy my 150 recipes I've slaved over for the past 4 years.
@@KetoUpgrade No problem at all, there are plenty of people who are kind enough and humble enough to give amounts while they are cooking which makes videos worth while to watch... so feel free to continue to have few likes and comments.
If it wasn't keto low carb she wouldn't have made them. Their keto fat bombs. Fat bombs help with your fat intake. You're not going to be eating these all at once. Two a day or three depending on your craving for sweets that way you can get rid of it. Not an actual food. Only a fat booster no need to worry about it.
@@celinesrivera1369 Worry about it? Nah, I'm not worried about it at all because I don't play around with my health by eating garbage like this. Why would anyone eat something which they know is not an actual food? Btw, one does not end a craving for sweets by shoveling in more sweets.

Thank you for this. They look great!
You're welcome, one of my moms favs. 😊

These are lovely, and delicious. Thank you for the recipe Alicia. You are very talented! :)
Great recipe! Thanks
You're welcome! One of my moms favs still!
Thanks this looks good ❤ hey what kind of pan are you using to do the brown butter?
You're welcome. My dad bought me a set of wolfgang puck pans forever ago, that's what that pan is.

Excited to try
I will try it

I'm from buffalo, I've been trying since I started keto, believe me I would have a recipe video if I had figured it out.

@@KetoUpgrade need to figure it out for us. New video. Hopefully look up Joe Duff on UA-cam because he has a recipe for this candy

You can use browned butter, kerrygold would be best but it won't add sweetness just a buttery nutty flavor.
How much butter did you brown please
It's in the recipe in the description box with the other ingredients. 1/4 Cup of brown butter for the recipe.

*Delicious looking fat bombs* 🤤
I will certainly have to try these fat bombs.
