Man, this complements He-Man's sword perfectly! As for the PSA at the end, it reminds me a lot of G.I. Joe. Speaking of which, do you think we could get Snake Eyes' Helmet in preparation for the new movie? That would be sick!
Man-At-arms’ Helmet and King Randor’s crown and staff, some of the He-Man Toys have an Axe and a shield, those would be cool. And the Skelator toy has a Purple Power Sword
To be fair for the purple sword just follow Odin's guide on the he-man sword and paint it purple...

A man-e-faces helmet that has the mechanism inside to switch to the 3 faces. That would be a nice challenge for you, tho you could use some lessons learned from Godzilla head?!

I'd like to see either Tri-Klops helmet or Man-E-Faces helmet. Either of the two would be cool if they actually rotated to show the different eyes/faces. Tri-Klops would mean less actual building but Man-E-Faces would provide enough space to hide a mechanism to rotate the faces with a switch or something.

Outstanding Odin. Alan Oppenheimer, Brian Dobson, and Mark Hamill would be proud of you making that weapon befitting one of the Evil Cartoon villains of the 80s. I can't wait for future Episodes this time featuring Transformers characters like Soundwave's voice changing Helmet, Starscream's null ray arm attachment, as well as Megatron's fusion cannon arm attachment and of course, Optimus Prime's Blaster.

I think Skeletor is meant to be over 2m tall. So I think that the official length of the staff makes more sense with that in mind

One thought I had about your mentioning of how tall the Licensed prop replica is, perhaps it was based off of the one used in the Masters of the Universe live-action movie? I think I remember that version of the Havoc Staff was pretty tall (at least compared to Frank Langella's height). Some Masters of the Universe props I would love to see would be the armor off of Stinkor, Skeletor's Armor or even Trap Jaw's helmet and arm.
I think the licensed replica is somewhat based off some of the more recent toys, they are taller- but the overall look of the staff is fully the classic staff! The Havoc staff in the movie is very different, and Mattel made a kid sized toy version of it in 87!
Maybe Merman sword? Or make an actual working Fisto hand. That has the ability to open and close the hand sort of like Hellboy. LOL Fisto. I know they'll be jokes, but hey you asked.

If you painted it bone color and mounted it on your wall, id bet everyone would think it was real until they touched it. Your dremel skills are sick, and Joe did a fantastic job with the weathing. Fully body Ram Man Cosplay I just think Odin could pull it off.
Another idea is a fully functional LED and rating Tri-Klops helmet.
As good as it looks, for a little Enternian style, you could 3D resin print some gems that could fit into each eye as sort of a magical gem property for shooting magic.
She-Ra's sword is just like He-Man's sword, but with a big blue gem in it.

Absolutely amazing work. If it is 81 inches then he’d be like 6'10" or 6'11" or 7'.
Evil-Lynn staff, Sorceress headdress, Men of Arms blaster or his mace, Stinkor, Orko’s hat, Trap Jaw, Tri-Klops, Fisto’s gauntlet, Teela sword, and many more.
There's a number of props and weapons from He-Man and She-Ra that could be next. I recommend Evil Lynn's staff, Bow's bow and arrows from She-Ra, the Mike Young Studios version of He-Man's Power Sword, Beast Man's whip, Trapjaw's helmet with movable jaw. An odd suggestion would be King Randor's crown, or the headpiece of Man-E-Faces (complete with a spinner to transform from his human, monster and robot faces). What do you think?
