    Love seeing other cultures talk about Estonia! So interesting to hear about what is weird/different to others while those things are the norm for me. Subscribed! I would add to the clothing thing - Yaga app is really big for second hand clothes and very popular. So if anyone wants something, they have some good deals there.

    Tervist!
    For the cold, just use long underwear just like going to skiing. In that way you dont need to use as much puffy clothes.
    I´ve been watching your videos and theyre good except sometimes its a littlebit hard to hear you talk since background music is too loud.
    You should try out real Estonian sauna and make a video out of it :D

      Hey! If you're from sub-tropical parts of India like me, expect it to be a little cold: 14-15 degrees C or so. Don't carry any heavy jackets and rather buy it all from Humana, there are sale days with 1-2 Eur per garment (good warm jackets too!)

    Hey, great videos. Can you please make a video on packing essentials for Tallinn? Do I need to bring certain utensils like cooker etc from India? Also, how much would house deposit cost for a furnished apartment?

    • @shreyamahendru_
      @shreyamahendru_  Рік тому +2

      For sure! I’ll plan to make that too. I came with just 1 checkin bag with 20kg stuff and ended up not using any winter clothes I got. For clothes and shoes, there are 1 eur, 2 eur sales to buy jackets, boots, sweaters and all other clothes. Cooker is only used in India so if you use it there, better to bring it along. Get a hybrid one as you may not necessarily get fire based stoves (most are induction). No need to carry other utensils; you can easily get them in a few cents from second hands stores. I suggest getting masalas too (I miss coriander, cumin powder etc!) Get your makeup stuff as it may be hard to find shades of our skin tone.
      Phone covers etc are also hard to find so I got a couple extra while moving here.
      Most other stuff like personal care can be easily found unless you have specific needs- like I use Cetaphil but couldnt find it here.
      I’ll try to make another video but I hope you found this useful for now!
