Also, to be honest, I doubt if Estonian govt has any ways to track how much time we spend there.

Since I am freelancer who works on Upwork and has many client but not any long contract with specific client. In this case how can show my eligibility ? though i have income proof of consietnt earning more than $100K in last 1.5 years

    • @shreyamahendru_
      @shreyamahendru_  Рік тому

      Ideally, it is suggested to have a stable income stream from one or two clients consistently but still if you can prove the minimum per month consistent income, it should suffice. Highly suggest to go on a short term visa first because the Estonian embassy in India is too picky to issue a long term visa in one go. Once you reach Estonia with proper paperwork and prep, you can apply for a long term visa at the police station

      For Estonia, the requirements are changing quite rapidly and they differ per nationality too. I recommend writing email to the embassy near you and checking the website too. Do check about dependents as well, because from what I know, Estonia gives a D visa which is a longer term Schengen visa and not a residency which some countries do offer (like Spain, Portugal, Hungary) - which means dependents cannot accompany the visa holders
