- I'm sharing my new Chanel Sneakers Unboxing | Chanel unboxing fail | Chanel 22c sneakers. This is a pair of Chanel sneakers from the 22c collection i have been eyeing for a while. I finally got it after went through so much trouble and it turned out to be a surprised to me. I'm quite disappointed at the condition of this pair and I'm not sure if I should keep this pair if you take a look at the reasons and the issues. This is totally a Chanel unboxing fail. If you are interested in this pair, I shared all the sizing, price, return policy and my thoughts with you. This pair is very comfy and wear, the black and white look is also very classic. It's also really versatile that can go with many different outfits. I'm just not sure if I should accept all its imperfections for a brand new pair. Yes, I agree with everyone else and return it. The dent would bother me if I had them. For the amount you paid for them, they should be perfect!

There’s a high chance you are paying over $1,000 for used sneakers. I would return it. High end means pristine upon purchase.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Caren! I highly suspect this pair was the floor sample in that particular store. It just doesn't feel right!! You are right that I should get pristine condition as I'm buying brand new!!
It's is disappointing that $1200 pair of shoes is not in the pristine condition. But because of the style and color combo, I would probably keep it. By the end of the day it's a shoe and you would probably get this type of stains after 2-3 uses anyways.
Yea I’m feeling the same way! The stains are probably gonna be there anyways lol the only thing is the dent doesn’t make me feel good and I won’t be able to change that…
I think you should contact your SA and tell them the situation and let them sort it out. If they can get you another pair then great, if not and you really love them then I personally would keep them. Whether there is a dent now or later, they are shoes. They will have some kind of imperfection at some point.
Hi Annabelle, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I have reached out to my SA and it doesn't seem that there is another pair available in my size any more so I essentially have to make the decision to keep or return! I agree with you and I just need to think about it and make the final decision:)
I would return the shoes. Those could be a return. The shoes have quality issues as well.

Hmmmm i think it depends on how much u love the shoes. If i love it, i couldn't care less of the flaws coz i think after wear sometime, it will not be perfect also since its a shoes not a handbag.... (wearing a shoes will cause it to be more dirty, dented etc etc than a bag) I accepted a crushed chanel flat before. I truly love that shoe so no regrets. People also couldn't see the crushed side as its at the back. The front part still perfect.
The love for the shoe more than the flaws.
However i do understand the disappointment. I do have the disappointment with other shoes so i get it. If u cannot accept it then return it, dont have regrets

I'm late to the comments, did you decide yet? I'd be tempted to return....unless I totally loved it and was convinced the dent wouldn't impact the comfort or my liking of it. The other issues are acceptable as they'd happen fairly soon. Let us know what you decide and if you get something in place of it.
After reading all comments and the vote result in my community tab, I'm definitely more leaning toward return it. Same as how you feel too! Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me and it's always great to hear your opinion. So my SA said no any other pair available in my size any more, kinda expected. So the option for me is either return it or keep it , lol I'll keep you posted on my final decision:)

Sorry my comment is so late, I guess you have already decided whether to return them or not. I actually don't think you are being too picky, those are real issues. You should be getting factory fresh shoes without any defects. That was my first thought anyway.
But then I saw you put them on and they looked so cute on you, I forgot all about the defects. You rock those shoes with your pretty ankles and the way you lift up your heals. So all in, it does not matter much, you will still be beautiful Sasa, with or without your slightly dented shoes :)

How much does it bother you to pay so much money for a damaged pair of shoes? They are white shoes they will be dirty in no time. If you love them and it seems you do keep them. I would look for a pair on the preloved market which is really what you purchased. Don't over think it just do want you want.

Only Chanel can charge over $1k for standard sneakers, grandpa sandals, etc. by just putting a ‘CC’ logo. It doesn’t feel like there is anything special to justify the price, especially with the quality issues.
