Hi Sarah . Just found your channel! Brill
I'm a RMN but I havant worked for a few years. I worked for the NHS for 13 years. Didn't get a pay rise for about 3-4 years. As I left they were changing sick pay and adding on half an hour to your day with no pay. I wouldn't advise anyone to do there nurse training. The responsibility is crazy for a Rubbish pay. I was on the top increment band 5! I couldn't sell my soul and go for a band 6! It's always the managers friend or something like that - that got the job! Not because of credentials, it's corrupt... It was where I worked anyway....stay NA and do agency. Not much difference in NA pay and trained nurse. Crazy!
Please could you tell me where your clinic is I'd love to come and get some treatment. ( in the next couple of months anyway) Possibly for Christmas? Had some done at transform but unsure whether it was terrific? I'm 50 so will need a fair bit😌
Sorry to moan , wishing you lots of luck for you and your family🙏🏼

Yes, but rent is very high in the US, plus healthcare is expensive

@@tadah5319 It is not for them. They have great insurance. And rents are about the same. London is one of the most expensive cities in the world!!! She should immigrate to America. She would make double that!!!

@@tadah5319 Rent is cheaper in the US, and nurses have really good insurance free of charge from their employers. Nursing is insane to get into and it's incredibly taxing. I would NEVER do it for such low wages

@martin osborne my partner is also doing the same, I've just paid for her level 4 courses which she starts in February. She's now trying to convince work to out her onto a prescriber course.
If not you can pay for the course but it ranges from £2000 to 3000 which I don't mind if it gets her away from that hell hole.

@@chicagogyrl7849 as if the course is worth millions of dollars. LMAO. Fulltime injection courses can be completed in 6-10 months depending on the institution and are around $12-15k. Anyone with a job can save that amount. Here watch what she said 0:58-1:02. So yeah you are stupid to make that comment. You make no sense and jusy want attention. Haha

The course can be paid interest free break into monthly instalment.
As a band 6 pharmacist , i would struggle the end of month pay petrol to go to work. My trust no longer fund clinical diploma, basically all training and career progression i have to pay myself.
