I'd never heard of these dragons before, and I think they're immediately tied for Blues and Silvers for my favorites. I was afraid they'd be "it's just a dragon with time flavor sprinkled on", but they're very interesting.
I love the weird connection between Time Dragons and Black Dragons. Both lair in the ruins of civilisation, have similar horns of opposite orientations, and both are forms Chronipsis the dragon god of death and time takes when manifesting.

I love the idea of a time dragon aging backwards in relation to the PCs, so that the first time the players meet it, it's the last time the dragon will meet them; and the last time the players meet the dragon, it'll be young and the first time it meets the players
my coworkers who works nights at the hospital has been asking me for music and podcast recommendations; nothing makes me feel more like a bad ass than telling them. I’m studying time dragons… “ who the fuck do you think you are, Ulfric storm cloak?” Was her only response this morning

I worried that they weren't in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons book and thought they went the way of steel dragons and where retcon! also, this makes me wonder if you could make a time beholder with the time dragon breath attack? Anyway awesome vid as always and shout out to Demagorgon and his ixitxachitl homies!!!!!
LOL, despite the name "Echo Knight," the Echo is not a being of sound, more like a metaphorical "echo" -as in a copy. According to the description, it is in fact a temporal thing, like a semi-spectral manifestation of an alternate version of yourself from a reality separate from your own. But of course, that's just fluff, flavor it however you like -it's straight up Naruto and his shadow clone jutsu.
These Dragons sound like less evil weeping angels from Dr Who. Probably "eat time" and borrow time from the future in a similar way. So could be just as evil as angels from Anakin's point of view
And here I was, imagining that Time Dragons were just bureaucraty zealots, working for insurance companies or some banks... uh. You learn things every day!
