Great live thank you ladies. When I hit perimenopause and my metabolism changed and my shape also due to hormones etc, I threw away my scales two years ago after stepping on them and hating what I saw, which created a day full of stinking thinking 🤯 I haven’t weighed myself since, but I have started doing enjoyable exercise, Working WITH the shape I have, cooking meals from scratch, feeding myself well and nutritiously, taking magnesium, true collagen, l-Theanine with my morning coffee and I feel so good about myself. I would love to do Zoe but it’s so expensive still. Enjoy your spa ladies. ♥️

Thanks for the health talk great advice to listen to. Can you Do a talk on homeopathy remedies. A lot of people don’t know which ones to take and how to take. You have so much great stuff on your channel but nothing on homeopathy. I think it would be very popular 😺
Homeopathy really has to be prescribed by a qualified homeopath. However we could do a first aid homeopathy coffee moaning

Thank you both for doing this, I got so many doable tips from your chat, and I went and took my metformin and fish oil while I was watching which I've been really bad at doing lately...and I dimmed the lights because it was getting onto 8pm! Some of the things I might try are the going out and getting a minute of sun in the morning, doing some deep breaths out there, and doing a 5 min dance in the morning...that feels doable...and maybe the 30 second plank! Would love a second video if you still have more to say 😊💜

Supplements in shops are pretty rubbish and full of binders. I use British Supplements company as they are clean.
I recommend British supplements best around.

Thinking perhaps my GCSE son might benefit from magnesium. Needs help to wind down and sleep. Pilates is my mindful practice I have to be careful about form so I really tune in with what I do to avoid my fibro body not liking moves

I second the youtube! Lucy Wyndham-Read has been amazing for me! She’s like my personal trainer 💪🏻 First time in my life I have toned ab muscles thanks to her 7in7 routine. Plus she is so lovely and her back story is so inspirational.
