Let's say you want to check the phase relationship between a kick and bass (like in this video) - place the shaper box plugin as the last insert on your bass channel, then change the shaper box side chain input to your kick channel (or kick group). You can see this on the shaper box plugin at 1:58 - the 'Sidechain' input is set to 'kick'. Now when you open the oscilliscope function in shaper box, you should see both the kick and bass waveforms.
