Leeds is a smallish city but all of the shops, bars, and restaurants are mostly concentrated into a square mile so you can easily get to everything on foot.

Hi Danny and team. If you go to Wolverhampton, there are two fish and chip shops within a mile of each other which do battered chips, might sound strange, but they are both delicious! One is called Newbridge fish and chips, and the other is called The Fish Inn. They are both in WV6. I prefer the fish Inn, there batter is more orange. Would be great if you compared them! I'm Leeds based now, but I'll always have a soft spot for both chippies!

@@darrengladwell People who watch this channel also know it's his personal prefernce too, so a place with a 10 doesn't mean guranteed the best food ever, the way I see it is a 10 means it is edible by all but doesn't mean it tastes perfect to all, because we all rate food differently. Though like every tv or internet food show, for us the viewers we can only go by what it looks like, some of the places look terrible some don't, if we like the look of something enough to want to go to the place to try then we will, but a majority of people who watch food shows won't even bother visiting the places shown. Though he does mention on vids that if you like what you see, come down and check it out for yourself and let him know what you think, so even after he gives his score he knows you may not agree.
What I love about Danny's videos, there is no crap from him, he reviews and tastes with total honesty and that's so refreshing to see, also he's very funny, keep doing what you do man

I've had traditional Thai a few times in restaurants, never seen anything like this. Cooking time was a bit quick, 5 mins. I used to wait a good 20 minutes at least for a fresh Thai green curry and rice.
You need to get over here (Thailand) one day and try real Thai Food Danny. Looking at that offering in your video it doesn't look the best to be honest. Anyway keep up the good work you're still the best thing to come out of Barnsley since Big Bub!

I'm sort of in agreement with you there. Fair play to those who like Thai food but I'm not keen. I find it like a mixture of Indian and Chinese food. If I want an Indian I buy an Indian. If I want a Chinese I buy a Chinese. Might be just me but I find Thai rather bland.

My issue with Thai restaurants are the portion sizes being too small and food being too oily .
I'm sort of in agreement with you there. Fair play to those who like Thai food but I'm not keen. I find it like a mixture of Indian and Chinese food. If I want an Indian I buy an Indian. If I want a Chinese I buy a Chinese. Might be just me but I find Thai rather bland.
