That's so many units! I went by a similar sized lot under construction this afternoon over on Vermont in southern Koreatown. I wonder if that's going to be a huge apartment complex as well.
So you have a 34 kv to 240 volt transformer. Or wich voltage do you have in your power grid. That sounds like a big jump down in voltage. But this also mean lower current level in the high voltage cables.

Wazzup mike down to 3 phase 120/240 and it’s better to use higher voltage if possible at times we can’t and all we have available is the 4.8kv
Secondaries in that cabinet are brown orange yellow. So the secondary voltage will be 277/480 fyi
