The main thing why I ve moved to Russia is actually the feeling that Russia is slowly but improving with each passing year while in the West you feel quite the opposite. Life in Russia today is better than 10 years ago and much better than 20 years ago and the difference is really noticeable. Life in the West on the other hand is really deteriorating and for example America of today is just the pale shadow of America in the 1990s. Cool story bro, but in reality, Russian economy has been doing poorly since 2014 and especially as of late... West has it's problems, but on average, life is a million times better than in Russia. And the future looks really bleak for Russia for OBVIOUS REASONS. (Of which you are not allowed to even talk about in Russia.)
Lisa, I stumbled upon your video and decided to watch it through. As a tv producer here in the USA I can say that the best advice I can give you is to keep on being yourself and telling your story. Being genuine is what will draw people to your story and message. Follow your intuition and don't worry about results. Everyone is on a path somewhere and that path is often unpredictable. But that is what makes it interesting. Be unpredictable, spontaneous, and let life unfold by itself. Keep on moving forward.

That was good to let us know where you've been and where your at in your life. I have had periods overseas working elsewhere and it can be tricky. I never want to preach to the converted or teach granny how to suck eggs, but one thing you have to aware of is your diet, and if you are getting the right balance. The programs are generally interesting and you present them well.

Home is where the heart is Lisa. Just Breathe and listen to your conscious mind. It's usually right because it's your soul speaking to your good heart and that is one of the greatest gifts we have. Yes, there are always natural remedies such as eating good nutrition and getting daily exercise, but we are all different and it either works or doesn't work. I am not a fan of medication because of the side effects, which I know from other peoples experiences, can cause fatigue and further depression. Naturally changing things up even if it takes a few more minutes in your routine or the use of more muscles by taking the stairs instead of the elevator to experience an adrenaline boost. Breathing is very important to release all those anxieties that need to be exhausted and blown out of the body. I vent while walking 2 miles on the treadmill, rehearsing in my head what I need to do for the day or how I am going to deal with certain people who try to irritate me, but with the grace of prayer too, it always helped. You are human Lisa and so glad you can share your experiences with all of us. You are very courageous and brave for all you have accomplished with your channel, but perhaps worrying about tomorrow can cause some road blocks and that is ok. It's normal! Don't ever feel like you have to keep up with the rest of the world because you don't have to. timelines and deadlines can wait! There are those resources like the media who use scare tactics as a way of physically and mentally controlling people's emotions to hold them back from moving forward. I turn it all off! Having a peaceful and quiet atmosphere just hanging around home sometimes, putting down the phone and using old school technology like a pencil and paper to write down some goals in mind or a letter to me, myself and Gerard and place it on the table to look at every now and then. You can too in reminding yourself how special you are. That is the 1st thing you should write down Lisa! ❤Don't Worry! Be Happy! When those who monitor the channel and your followers support to see how happy you are, it only becomes contagious making them squirm and become somewhat agitated to finally click the like button and contribute money to your channel because they end up becoming a big fan as well!😂 I can go on forever with ideas and the compliments, but it's ok if you stop once in a while to take care of yourself Lisa! There is no place like home. I lived for 4 years abroad and decided to come back home (I'm not russian but from eastern Europe) . I've never regreted it. It was the right decission. We should do what is the best for us, not what another people tell us to do. All the best, Lisa!

Home is memories. I went back to my hometown for about 17 months but it had changed from my memories of it. I never go back now just forward. I am going forward to Moscow in the next few months for a new life with my wife there.

I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety for a long time, and I've been watching my country change a lot over the years too. I have always wanted to travel as well but just like your country, my country is huge and has a lot of interesting and different places and ways of life to explore. I used to take antidepressants probably for around a year or even more so I understand you. Nowadays people are very separated. Impossible to please everyone. And yes, sometimes hard for people to feel what others feel. They see through their own expierences. But good you now concentrated on the videos and keep yourself busy!
They tried to put me on meds but Im resisting it to the end for better or worse ill try let you know how it goes. Lisa, thank you for taking the time to share more about yourself and the things you've been experiencing. I'm 50 years old, I live in the deserts of Arizona and I think about the same things. People are a lot more similar than certain people would have us believe. I feel just as lost. It recently occurred to me that it just might be that most people are lost as well, but they're just better at hiding it than others. If all we view people through are what they share on UA-cam or social media, we never see the whole story, we see only what they want us to see. We get it in our minds that their lives are so easy, so perfect, and that they never struggle. They never show us that part of their lives. I think the best we can all do is try to find something positive and force ourselves in that direction, even if the doubt in our mind says we can't. I hope things improve for you and that every video you put out brings more income to you. The good news for you is that you live in a nation with 11 time zones! You are very courageous and brave for all you have accomplished with your channel, but perhaps worrying about tomorrow can cause some road blocks and that is ok. It's normal! Don't ever feel like you have to keep up with the rest of the world because you don't have to. timelines and deadlines can wait! There are those resources like the media who use scare tactics as a way of physically and mentally controlling people's emotions to hold them back from moving forward. I turn it all off! Having a peaceful and quiet atmosphere just hanging around home sometimes, putting down the phone and using old school technology like a pencil and paper to write down some goals in mind or a letter to me, myself and Gerard and place it on the table to look at every now and then. You can too in reminding yourself how special you are. That is the 1st thing you should write down Lisa! ❤Don't Worry! Be Happy! When those who monitor the channel and your followers support to see how happy you are, it only becomes contagious making them squirm and become somewhat agitated to finally click the like button and contribute money to your channel because they end up becoming a big fan as well!😂 I can go on forever with ideas and the compliments, but it's ok if you stop once in a while to take care of yourself Lisa! Home is memories. I went back to my hometown for about 17 months but it had changed from my memories of it. I never go back now just forward. I am going forward to Moscow in the next few months for a new life with my wife there.

I have suffered from severe depression and anxiety for a long time, and I've been watching my country change a lot over the years too. I have always wanted to travel as well but just like your country, my country is huge and has a lot of interesting and different places and ways of life to explore. I am going to finally take a break and just work on my mental health too. I've been overworked, overwhelmed and ill for too long. Time to go easy on myself. Ty for speaking so calmly.

I used to take antidepressants probably for around a year or even more so I understand you. Nowadays people are very separated. Impossible to please everyone. And yes, sometimes hard for people to feel what others feel. They see through their own expierences. But good you now concentrated on the videos and keep yourself busy!
They tried to put me on meds but Im resisting it to the end for better or worse ill try let you know how it goes. Lisa, thank you for taking the time to share more about yourself and the things you've been experiencing. I'm 50 years old, I live in the deserts of Arizona and I think about the same things. People are a lot more similar than certain people would have us believe. I feel just as lost. It recently occurred to me that it just might be that most people are lost as well, but they're just better at hiding it than others. If all we view people through are what they share on UA-cam or social media, we never see the whole story, we see only what they want us to see. We get it in our minds that their lives are so easy, so perfect, and that they never struggle. They never show us that part of their lives. I think the best we can all do is try to find something positive and force ourselves in that direction, even if the doubt in our mind says we can't. I hope things improve for you and that every video you put out brings more income to you. The good news for you is that you live in a nation with 11 time zones! There's got to be a lot of awesome stuff to see and experience there. All of us are cheering you on! Take care of yourself and keep smiling!
