- 3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast (I used 1 full teaspoon Sorry if I said tablespoon in video)
1 1/2 cups room temperature water
Toasted seeds (optional at this point - also if you want on the outside just roll some on top when putting on the parchment paper)
Put all the dry ingredients and mix well then add the flour. It will be super sticky looking that’s cool. Cover for 12-16 hours on your countertop. Get your over pre-heated to 450 with your dutch oven lid on! Flour some parchment paper and get your sticky dough on there and just form into what you think looks good (go ahead and score - slice the top). Once the pot is done and ready to go add your dough with top on for 30min and then for 15min at 350. Let rest for about 5 mins before you cut into it.
