The toxic world of self help really made me learn and unlearn loooots of things that I thought were what kept me going.
More so on the toxic positivity,I realized how important it is to acknowledge when things are not going well and that knowing when to quit is a strength of importance, quiting doesn't mean you weren't adequate enough to make it work.
Don't hang onto to something that will never work just because people are telling you to be positive and that you shouldn't give up.
Sometimes leaving behind whats not working, accepting change and starting overis THE STRENGTH 👍

I am sharing my experience after ruining my life.
The whole game is toxic and unecessary one or two years ago i began following so called success gurus and leaders.
It almost ruined my peace.
let me tell you this - Most of the things are unecessary in life .
I began listing tasks and goals and a lot of goals and tasks.
Now i had to complete everything. I had to become perfectionist.
I started completing small tasks and it almost lead to obsession. I used to complete irrelevant tasks just to be “great".
I started helping others ,studying irrelevant things which i wouldn't use most probably.
I would quantify everything.
No of tasks completed = success.
Oh god! I wasted so much time.I tried to become social ,talk a lot , and do a lot of things.
It looks good right?? Yes but only if you are financially stable. For young people preparing for competitive exams ,this is bullshit.
You don't have to be perfect. You will waste lot of time impressing others and helping them .
If you just want to crack an exam and just want to do a job , then very few specific skills are needed. I mean you can narrow down to what your goal is.
If you want to socialize, gain fame, be an entrepreneur. Then you can learn multiple things.Otherwise it is not needed.
Have discovered alot on your these playlist I'm sure it will help me alot psychologically
