Yo, I know this videos old. But I just wanted it out there. Lana looks so good, and she seems so genuine. Regina is one of my favorite characters, and when I found out about swan queen, I freaked. With the way the characters interacted in the show, it really didn’t seem that far of a stretch. I fell so in love with it that I started hating hook and Robin Hood. Viva la Swan Queen! 😅
I think the writers will most likely take that step in the next few seasons with enough of a push from the fans. Because ultimately, they are the ones who have and will continue to make the show successful, and since a good portion (over half I'd say) would like to see Swan Queen happen, I'm pretty sure there's a great possibility. People have been wanting this for 5 years, and if they continue to ignore it, its only going to persist lol. I've never seen people want a couple so badly on a show before.
The only problem I have with this, is that it's not going to be any good if the writers write in Swan Queen because let's face it, all the _romance_ they've written is pretty terrible (funnily, and surprisingly enough, the only couple I like in the show is Snowing xD). There's even a chance it'll come out as crappy as the whole Ruby/Dorothy thing (oh god, remembering it is painful) So far, Emma _and_ Regina have been reduced to damsels in distress ever since they've gotten together with Hook and Robin respectively. Robins gone now (Spoilers! xD) so I'm hoping Regina becomes badass again, but I really don't look forward to all the potential mushy Captain Swan stuff in the new season. Hook needs to go. Not because I don't like the character (though he used to be better, now he's just... whiney) but because his "romance" with Emma is screwing up both of their characters' potential awesomeness. Don't get me wrong, I ship SQ (though I'm not nearly as vocal because I feel bad for the actors that get spammed by "fans" over their favourite ships, seriously, leave them alone guys) but before wanting SQ to happen, I rather the writing improve.
