Try and reprogram the esc first. I think the program card does that when the plug is in backwards. The esc light should be on when stationary, then go off when on power , then come back on when at full throttle. See if yours does that. Hope some of that makes sense haha
@craigs-crash-n-bash i never thought to check the light but yeh i swapped the plugs different ways etc and the display wouldn't come on at all, but i suppose thats definitely worth a try though bud 👌
I WOULD GUESS THE ESC BRUV. IT IS ONLY THE MOTOR AND THAT WHAT REALLY MAKES IT GO AND IF THE MOTOR IS NEW..... ONLY OTHER THING IS CAN THE LOW TEMPERATURE CAUSE THE BATTERIES OR MOTOR TO LIMIT IN ANY WAY??

The strongest Loctite is the red, it is significantly stronger than any of the blues. You may struggle to remove the set screw if you use it though.
100%, i do try to avoid using the red as its so strong, the blue has always worked for me on grub screws..

i did think of that after but never happened before and I've been in snow etc plenty of times, most likely a new esc job
