Even though this is expensive, you should look into buying a Pond UV Sterilizer. Those things are gunna be your best friend till the bulb dies out soon.
Why didnt you clean the pond out before it got full of algea surely it wouldnt be that hard ? 4 flakes every few days ? Your fish will starve to death in a week especially in a new , baren pond like yours .

This pond does have an aerator. The dripping waterfall agitates the water surface and improves the oxygen diffusion into the water. Given that this video was shot somewhere in the UK, the pond would most likely be far to cold for any kind of angelfish.

TOM BEARDSLEE there are plants in the wild to act as natural filters, once you build a pond or an aquarium, you're trapping a part of nature in your house, a small part which needs inputs that nature cannot provide for you
get a filter and buy some pleco fish they are sucker fish that are about 5 dollars each in your local pet store they eat alge and will help clean your pond at least thats what i use
@Clusterlala Yes they did survive until a kookuburra took up residence. Some fish disappeared from the pond, no dead ones found. I have posted a video of what I think happened to them.
ive noticed that the cheaper the fish the crappier care it gets beacuse ain't no one trying to kill a discus while goldfish overall get bad care most of the time
actually it does have a filter.the water from the water fall is creating surface movement which is creating oxygen and causing water flow.this causes the ruff surface to act as a biological filter since it provides the bacteria with a good growing surface.the plants will finish out the process by using the nitrates and nitrites the plants are using. just cause it doesn't have a dedicated filter housing doesn't mean the process isn't happening. but still a death trap since there is no place for the fish to run and concrete leaks.

ammonia is broken down by beneficial bacteria into nitrite then into its least harmful form nitrate.nitrates and nitrites can either be removed via the water cycle,water changes,plants or algae. fish tank filters don't remove ammonia they are designed to be a beneficial bacteria power house by having a lot of surface area and water flow.the only other thing filters do is mechanically filter the water but that's more for looks then actually removing ammonia.
Everyone's complaining about how small the pond is did you guys see the size of the fish and how there is only three of them? i have a smaller pond than that full sized goldfish and their as happy as can be. those goldfish get big but you guys are talking as if they are going to be koi size!
@Everapominoz I hope the fish are still alive and well...but seeing as this person did not reply, I'll suggest any filter at least the capacity for the pond (same number of gallons as you have in the pond) and get two of them, so that in case one fails, the other will still be running. Try not to buy filters that rely solely on carbon filtration as the carbon need to be replaced often and if you medicate the fish you have to remove the carbon, leaving no filtration in the tank.

the algae suffocated the fish? they eat algae you just didn't control it and the water went bad and you guys really need to redesign your pond its just a few bricks surrounded by other bricks when i first saw it i thought you were building the pond XD
i dont think u know anything about goldfish thay can srvive that way but there is a big diffrence betweek survg and thriving algea is a plant and cant suffocate fish it was probally ammonia and or nitrite and thats not called aclamating goldfish you supposed to let the bag float then after 15 mins add a little pond water and do that for 1h and you can prevent stress ANDto prevent algea wich goldfish can eat and DOTN SUFFOCATE FROM get lots of tall plants to cover the pond and get a filter
