I agree that this unit isn’t for everyday cleaning- but I disagree that this product is a waste (maybe I am one of those special purpose customers, with kids and dogs but hear me out). The neat plus solves a few complaints- it has a separate reservoir for filling, so you can refill without de-pressurizing, and I can open the tank at any point without safety concerns. I use this product for deep cleaning, for example when my kiddos get sick I’ll steam clean the bathrooms. Car detailing (for real! Try it!) Sofas & soft carpets as you mentioned. In the kitchen I have rough edged concrete counters and I steam clean them probably once a month because hardened pancake batter is otherwise impossible to remove from the grooves. The entryway tile, where muddy boots drip dry. I use the floor attachment on textured painted walls- the texture makes them difficult to clean otherwise. I hope you will reconsider this tool- it isn’t for everyday cleaning but it is a fabulous cleaner. Not an influencer, just a mom with so. much. mess….
