I was at Okeechobee this year. I didn't know who SunSquabi was. When they started, I was in the parking lot. We RAN to the stage for these guys. One of the best acts of the festival IMHO, and I'm so glad I found 'em.

This band is great don't get me wrong, but they are playing to a prerecorded ableton live session. When you hear the lead guitar player harmonizing with another lead guitar it's because the same guitar solo with the same effects has been prerecorded. Still a great band to go see live, and of course they switch up the song order each show but most of the sound effects, keys, vocals, and certain guitar solos are just them playing to a prerecorded track.
Sunsquabi is sick because of their ability to sync to an ableton set which allows them to expand on their abilities being a 3 piece band! Its amazing work and the results are unlike most bands. Its what makes them special to me. They're playing plenty of music on their own, and the results are awesome!
