Pork Sisig Recipe

This video will show you how to cook Pork Sisig. Sisig is a Filipino dish made from pork jowl and ears, pork belly, and chicken liver, which is usually seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. It originates from the Pampanga region in Luzon. Normally, I don't cook Sisig with jowl and ears, but I usually cook it with Pork Belly which is my husband's favorite Filipino food. He always tells me that my Pork Sisig is the best of all.
