We just messaged our Airbnb before we got there to ask them to organize a driver to pick us up from the harbor. When we got off the boat, there was someone holding up a sign waiting for us, it was great. And after we got to the Airbnb, we were able to have them organize a sunrise tour. We highly recommend reaching out to your hotel or your airbnb host to have them help you organize a driver. Which month you guys travelled? I can see no crowd in nusa penida
We visited Nusa Penida during the rainy season at the end of February so there were fewer people there
