I think it'll be fine. Just a FYI incase you don't know, the "M" in that board name means it'll fit into Micro ATX case. You can technically put that motherboard in a mid/full atx case, but its a pet peeve of mine not to do that. I like to keep the sizes matched per atx form factor.
