Shouldnt the cops know the statutes before they cuff, detain and point their firearms at you.
So, 11:33 - While one officer is stuffing his fingers into TAFH's pockets, another officer says "you're only being detained". Which means those fingers in his pockets are a violation of Terry v. Ohio, a Fourth Amendment violation, and an easy win in Federal Court. For sure the city is going to settle.
And, of course, the cops of the city will grumble and say he's trying to BAIT us into doing something wrong. Well, all you have to do is, um, oh yeah, not violate people's rights. Pretty simple.
