It always amazes me that they haven’t learned by now that the best way to put 1A auditors out of work is to just accept them, let them in, be nice to them etc. It would be no time at all that w/ no combative content like this, their audience would wither away from boredom and they’d necessarily quit fuckin’ w/ them. Ok what the average American doesn’t know is that in (fact police ) do not have any right or authority to order you to do anything unless you have in fact broken the law or the supination you have broken the the! Meaning if you encounter a cop an he or she says put down your phone! A you have not committed any crime, then you do not have to do what they ask!!! You don’t have to do anything a police officer ask you to do ever ! You’re only incriminating yourself! The average cop is always trying to get points from a supervisor! Do not give them anything! News Flash officers, asking for something is VERY different from ordering! Additionally, recording can't be deemed interference or obstruction. Want better policing, here are some things that should get that going: 1) Remove Qualified Immunity and Police Unions, 2) Require all officers take annual psychological tests and law certifications, 3) Remove their ability to investigate themselves when THEY VIOLATE THE LAW, 4) Create an anonymous council of citizens (like a jury) that hears evidence of criminal LEO behavior and their verdict is honored without a corrupt appellate outside this system, and 5) Require all LEO's to carry insurance to pay for any lawsuits where they are found guilty of a crime.
That would get things moving in the right direction...
