You're a really good guy, Gavin; your videos are truly informative, and you definitely want to share your special secret recipes and know how. Keep up the good work. God Bless.

Glad that I was able to help you.
Great video mate. Just started my biltong making journey with first batch due to be ready in a couple more days. Appreciate the advice!!!
Enjoy the journey :)
Thanks Gavin was never really sure how long to heat it up in a pan :)
Hey Mike - you will need to make big batches when you get your bigger production going.
You mention that you add a pre ground coriander when you mix up your spices but what is the ratio to the 4g of coriander that you grounded up?
Gavin, I see that you grind your coriander quite coarsely. Do you use that in your boerewors and droëwors or do you grind it finer for the wors?
Its actually quite fine when you see it live. I use it in the same mix for everything I do.

Hey Gavin, could you do a video showing us how to do a chutney flavored biltong recipe
Chutney is difficult to add to biltong. I just use a chutney sprinkle spice for mine. Difficult to find tho.
Thanks... I'll look into it..👍
