I audibly gasped at 13:14. Just a little PSA for everyone, please do not ever intentionally put a vape in water. Depending on the battery it can explode or catch on fire. My boyfriend and I used to vape (we recently quit! 🥳) and he once dropped his vape in a pool and we left it outside for a full day because we didn’t want it near anyone or anything to let it dry out before we disposed of it. When we came back to it over 24 hours later it was still hot, the light was still on, and it was still hitting on its own. Do not take the risk of putting one in water, you never know what’s on the inside of those things and you might injure yourself, others, or destroy your own property or someone else’s!!

So luckily I didn’t have any kind of noticeable withdrawals, but I’ve been chewing a ton of gum for the past few weeks haha. All of my friends still do it, so I’ve definitely been tempted by seeing them, but I ground myself and remember why I quit. I do think it’s been harder on my boyfriend as he hasn’t been vaping for nearly as long as I have so he was still hooked on the nicotine itself, but we’re holding each other accountable and it’s been amazing having someone to go through it with. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made honestly!!
