I would only recommend shooting with your iPhone if you already have the 14 or 15 Pro. If you consider buying it to start a business, don't. Rather get a 10 year old used canon APS-C for $150.
The image would look identical because you can almost eliminate the drawbacks of phones once you work in a studio setting. :D (You just need to know the weaknesses and work around them)
