Deep cleaning my Dad's filthy wheels - Lost In The Detail - ASMR

  • I had a fun (but somewhat stressful) day cleaning my Dad's wheels.
They were caked with brake dust, iron fallout, tar and other contaminants.
This (I believe) is the first time his wheels have had their barrel's cleaned since we imported it from Japan.

I'd be delighted if my son did that to my wheels. Bloody good job !!

For those of us in the US (can't import anything younger than 25 years old), what model Toyota is it? Must be a true JDM gem! Aristo? Avensis (not likely); Mark X? Very nice video production! Thank you!

It’s just an Estima. We imported it from Japan. In the UK, it’s not considered special because we have so many here.
JDM culture in the UK is limited to the Nissan Skyline, Toyota Supra, Nissan Silvia, etc. Anything else is “just a normal car”.
It’s a shame that an Aristo or avensis would probably not even get noticed on the streets.

Great video, but I don't think its worth it when the wheels are this far gone :-(

I bet he was pleased with those! Was that Bilt Hamber Auto-Wheel you used? Looks the same colour in your trigger bottle. But then I'd expect more of a colour change with BH, or was it watered down BH? I always use my BH neat.....

      He was very pleased!
It’s actually Dragons Breath from valetPRO, used completely neat. It smells like hell but gets the job done.
In my experience I think Dragons Breath is a lot better than Auto-Wheel. It has a lot more bite, and I usually don’t have to agitate as much.
