Prefer Chinatown with streetfood rather than full of fake items and foreign peddlers, mainly from Bangladesh. Authority need to preserve Chinatown to be as local as it should be because it can be a hot mecca just like Shilin Market in Taiwan.

Some of these stalls are terribly dirty that visitors do worried about food poisioning.
I did tried one of these whilst in KL last year. Apart from the price, the ones in KLCC mall tasted better. Preferred the cleaner environment.
Agree with you and hope that the catering industry can improve their health awareness, which is feedback from consumers.
