Hosts all share a chronic disease where they die whenever they don't have 2 overleveled phantoms directly observing them, sort of like how stuff that isn't in view of the camera isn't rendered, once the phantoms look away, the host's life no longer renders
As a host, this is 45% true. I usually have to deal with dual spears, halberds, rapiers, ect. It is painful to be tea bagged by people who think I’m toxic when I literally let my blue phantom 1v1 the invader
Ok, it's only been like four days of consistent uploads so I don't want to get my hopes up. I just want to say it's great to have you back, and don't feel discouraged by the lack of views compared to what they used to, your content is still great. On a side note and the real reason I'm typing this; any chance we could get some of those saved clips that were removed from twich and you promised to feed us yt goblins a couple months ago 🤔? Edit: "previously on peeve" was 2 years ago not a few months ago, what was I thinking...
Host is using gransax, radahn swords and sacred relic holy shit, what is his stat spread? Also he died by the small forward lunge from gransax aow, would have been even funnier if the camera was facing him instead of the summon.
ay peeve, me and my cousin are doing a multiplayer playthrough, and this js her first souls game. she really likes it, but a common problem we come across is being invaded by players with mid-late game gear, like antspur rapiers, and its really diminishing how much fun she has with the game. any tips on how to deal with this?
Have her invade herself sometimes so she can be better at fighting humans, doesnt have to be actual invasions it could be quest ones, like taniths quest or great jar trial
Ah, yeah that's the worst of the coop experience. While normally I'm the first to say, "This is the risk/reward mechanic of these games! If you need help, you risk being invaded," it's a bit different in Elden Ring. Sometimes you just wanna get immersed with a friend (or relative), and then every 10-15min some asshole (me, often times lol) shows up. Even more frustrating when that asshole is using ultra-meta stuff. So, despite being an invader, I get it. Best thing I can think of, aside from having you or someone else be summoned in as a max level via password or also using meta setups (which, while effective, would likely ruin your own fun) or just telling you to "git gud", is to be expecting the invasion and use the environment if possible to even the playing field and make it a bit more fun. For example, maybe you can lure them to fighting near a cliff or on a rope bridge or something. Then it's essentially Super Smash Bros. Could also have a spell or Ash of War ready that can knock them off. You'll still be encountering sweat lords, unfortunately, but at least you two can try to make it fun in your own way by getting a bit creative each time. Maybe the invader will end up goofing off a bit as well if they realize it's a bit more light-hearted than what they're used to.
Any option she can put on her build that has hyper armor will be clutch. For light weapons, a regular claymore type weapon should swing through it as long as you 2hand it, some spells have hyper armor too. Look up how poise works in ER, should help out some. Aside from that, as long as you both stay on the attack at the same time, there's not much an invader can do except turn and burns.
Actually, I refer to this build as "2022 Peeve". I have a little backstory for him that he's my "2012 Peeve" build, my original Dark Souls 1 character, after linking the fire and persisting through all time (and I suppose into another dimension) to the Lands Between. He's literally "Too old for this shit" incarnate. Had to bring back Gankers Pay The Price on his behalf.
1000% disagree on the fashion, but as for the armor itself? Yeah, I don't have much poise...I think like 32, lol. I don't use it in this game, and instead focus on fashion. Am I stupid? Yes. Do I look good? Also yes.
Ganking in my opinion is such a childish and extremely boring way to play a game. But there's not point in complaining about them because all you'll get are "SkILl ISsuE" comments and other bullcrap like that. This is why I absolutely refuse to do any sort of pvp in a lot of these games these days, this is especially apparent in Elite Dangerous. I mean it's partially the dev's fault. But when people say shit like "Skill issue." or "Git Gud" Make me wanna f*cking slap them especially when they're a part of the "Meta Spam."
for anyone curious, the host cast the red lightning weapon art projectile too close to the edge and fell off.
Host was way too excited to spam as many weapon arts as possible
yeah, around 3:42 down left corner you can see the host starting the projectile.
That sounds like a very hosty thing to do lmao
Summon stole the host's stocks like it was Smash Bros lmao

You couldn’t be further from the truth sir, when a host’s two phantoms die there’s a 85% chance they will just sit there and let you kill them
As a host, this is 45% true. I usually have to deal with dual spears, halberds, rapiers, ect. It is painful to be tea bagged by people who think I’m toxic when I literally let my blue phantom 1v1 the invader
As an over leveled phantom I just want to point out that even when we’re observing them there’s like a 75% chance they die anyways.
Seeing an episode of "Gankers Pay the Price" in 2022 restores my humanity
Wow! What a great video by Peeve "old man" Peeverson! Can't wait for the next one!
You have to stop this Mercedes, please 😩
@@PeevePeeverson I'll stop when I'm no longer locked in the algorithms basement
Peeve's absolute glee is so satisfying haha
The blue was so angry right out of the gate lmao!

Bolt of Gransax is no grappling hook. Crouching doesn't mean you play Sekiro.
Loving these clips
Lol you can see the host fall to his death after shooting out the Gransax WA
So fun watching these clips. You make it look so easy 👍
woah even snoop Dogg plays Elden Ring
How do I become a 422 ]-[ØL3? Or not become one?
Pvers do behave more like npcs at higher levels

Yeah lmao. Could've done a great slow-mo moment haha. Also, this is RL 200, so he's got some points to spare.
Peeve is invading at level 200, and builds at that point are more like suggestions.
@@Skullivon eh you still need to have SOME thought into what stats you need at that level
The ultimate bodyguard
Even the best bodyguard can't protect a host from his worst enemy: himself 😢
Off topic, but will you be playing calisto protocol? I know you like deadspace a lot.
That host was using, a 40 Dex, a 38 Str 15 Int weapon and a 22 Fth weapon.
How much variety do you need on your build my guy?
If only he had survived 10 more seconds...
