This is why I stan ONEUS. My favorite groups are B.A.P (genre versatility) and VIXX (concept kings) and ONEUS somehow combines both of those into one and I’m here for it
seriously, oneus is the last remaining trace of 2nd gen style groups. great music, incredible live vocalists, distinct concepts, don’t stick to one sound, etc. beast was one of my ults when i first got into kpop and oneus reminds me a lot of them.

I found them through a video playlist because the cover was cool, and absolutely became obsessed. I'm high-key surprised I didn't over play them.
I went to see ONEUS in concert and it was honestly one of the best concerts I have ever been to. Their performances were stunning and Tomoon is such a welcoming fandom, I felt comfortable as a new fan, even though I went to the concert alone. It was an experience I treasure.

For example, elegant concepts are normally associated with girl groups (think of songs like Psycho, Feel Special, Deja Vu, or literally anything by Oh My Girl lol). But since half of Oneus is made of feminine performers (and the other half isn’t ashamed of portraying a more feminine associated concept), they’re able to pull it off perfectly! We can see this is a few other boy groups like MCND and ONF (they can tackle more cuter concepts) and Ateez (they can also tackle elegant concepts)! But still, nobody is able to pull this off to the same degree that Oneus can! 🙌🌙
